Trial Period
3-Day Free Trial
We offer a 3-day free trial period for new students to experience our teaching methodology and ensure it meets your expectations before committing to a full course.
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We are confident in the quality of our education. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within the first 7 days of your paid course, provided:
- You have attended no more than 3 paid classes
- The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of your first paid class
- You provide feedback on your learning experience
- No inappropriate behavior or violation of terms occurred
Refund Conditions
Eligible for Refund
- Technical issues on our end preventing class attendance
- Teacher unavailability without adequate replacement
- Significant mismatch between promised and delivered services
- Duplicate payments or billing errors
- Course cancellation by the academy
Not Eligible for Refund
- Classes completed beyond the 7-day guarantee period
- Student no-shows or last-minute cancellations
- Technical issues on the student's end
- Dissatisfaction after completing more than 3 paid classes
- Violation of academy terms and code of conduct
- Requests made after 30 days from the last attended class
Refund Process
How to Request

- Include your full name, account details, and reason for refund
- Provide any relevant documentation or evidence
- Allow 48-72 hours for review and response
Processing Time
- Review: 2-3 business days
- Approval: Email notification sent
- Processing: 5-10 business days to original payment method
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be offered:
- Course Interruption: If you need to pause due to emergencies
- Package Downgrade: Switching to a less intensive program
- Unused Sessions: Credit for unused classes in exceptional cases
Partial refunds are calculated based on completed sessions and administrative costs.
Alternative Solutions
Before processing a refund, we may offer alternative solutions:
- Teacher Change: Match with a different qualified instructor
- Schedule Adjustment: Modify timing to better suit your needs
- Course Transfer: Switch to a different program
- Extended Trial: Additional trial classes to ensure satisfaction
- Course Credit: Apply payment to future courses
Special Circumstances
Medical or Emergency Situations
We understand that unexpected situations arise. In cases of:
- Serious illness or medical emergencies
- Family emergencies or bereavement
- Job loss or significant financial hardship
We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a suitable solution, which may include course suspension, transfer, or partial refund.
Fi-Sabilillah (Free) Programs
Students enrolled in our Fi-Sabilillah (scholarship) programs are not eligible for refunds as these courses are provided free of charge.
Payment Method Specific Terms
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds processed to original card
- PayPal: Refunded to PayPal account
- Bank Transfers: Refunded to original bank account
- Digital Wallets: Refunded to original wallet (Skrill, Wise, etc.)
- Cash Payments: Refunded via bank transfer or agreed method
Important Notes
- Administrative Fees: A $10 administrative fee may apply to refund requests
- Currency Exchange: Exchange rate fluctuations may affect refund amounts
- Third-Party Fees: Payment processor fees are non-refundable
- Documentation: Keep all payment confirmations and communication records
- Final Decision: Al-Quran Academy reserves the right to make final decisions on refund requests
